The magic of family, friends, conversation and food has always been my heart.
Our Story
It all began because growing up in New Mexico in a very large Hispanic family food was the center of any gathering. I watched my grandmothers, my mom, my dad, my aunties, uncles and my mother-in-law cook with their heart, cooking was an expression of love in our family.
As I grew up and started my own family there was never a question of making sure I treasured and shared with our kids all the cooking traditions. Tamale making, peeling and packing green chile, and Christmas is never complete without biscochitos and posole! “Are you hungry" is always the first words out of my mouth anytime guests stop by. It’s in my roots to always have homemade food ready for any visitor.
Through the years my love for cooking has transformed into the presentation of food. I am now over the top with all my food displays from a simple sandwich or snack- just ask my husband!
I have made grazing boards and tables before they had a name. I have done this with all my heart for more than 20 years whether it has been for weddings, showers, holidays, or just backyard hangouts. I have always supported family and friends in their celebrations and now they are supporting me in this new adventure.
I have been encouraged to share this passion with the community I love. So here I am- “seasoned” and ready to take a risk. It is time for Enchanted Grazing to make your occasion memorable. Every grazing experience is created with love.
